- SUSPENSION OF DAILY AND SUNDAY MASSES
According to the updated SOP issued by Sarawak Disaster Management Committee and UNIFOR, churches can only be opened for prayers in Yellow/Green Zones only with a maximum number of 100 people at any one time. Since Bintulu is still Red Zone, we still cannot open our churches to the public yet.
2. COMBINED REQUIEM MASS
The Combined Requiem Mass for February is on Friday, 26th February, 2021, at the 7 am daily online mass. Please register at the parish office or whatsapp to the parish number, 016-2248126 by submitting the names of the deceased with a screenshot of the bank-in slip of the offering to the parish account (St. Anthony’s Church Fund, Maybank Account Number: 511065519336) before Wednesday, 24th February, 2021.

There will be Online Stations of the Cross every Friday during Lent.

4. APPEAL TO HELP SELL EASTER DRAW COUPONS 2021
We appeal for your cooperation to help us sell the Easter Draw coupons to your friends and colleagues outside the Church circle. We have 2 months until the draw date of 10 April 2021 to raise fund for the building of our new cathedral. The coupons are available at the parish office. For enquires please call the parish office at 086-312184 or WhatsApp to the parish number, 016-2248126. Since 2020, the parish has sold a total of RM 50,000 worth of coupons. We thank all those who have generously bought the coupons and hope that many more will help to sell the coupons.
5. LENTEN APPEAL 2021
Lent is a time for almsgiving. We encourage parishioners to give generously to the Catholic Welfare Services to serve the poor and needy in the Diocese. For those who would like to donate to the Lenten Appeal, you can come to the parish office or whatsapp to the parish number, 016-2248126 by submitting your name with a screenshot of the bank-in slip of your donation to the parish account by 30th June 2021. Donation of RM 100 and above will be tax exempted. Please inform the parish office if you would like a receipt for your tax exemption.
