27th SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME (B) CHURCH NOTICE (03rd Octber 2021)

  • UPDATED GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDING MASS

Starting this October, parishioners, including teenagers who wish to attend Sunday mass must have completed 2-dose vaccination.  Please send us your certification of vaccination when you make your booking for Mass.

  • ATTENDANCE AT MASS

We appeal to all who have booked for Mass to ensure that you do attend.   If you are unable to come, please inform the contact person so that your seat can be assigned to another person.

Since the relevant agencies have stopped doing contact tracing, it is our own responsibility to ensure that we keep safe and healthy at all times.

If you have been in close contact with Covid positive cases, please practice self-isolation for two weeks, do swab test and refrain from coming to Mass. If you are unwell or have symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat, flu or breathing difficulties, please refrain from coming to Mass.

  • YOUTH SURVEY AND QUESTIONNAIRE

St. Anthony’s Parish Bintulu is conducting a survey in order to get to know the Catholic youths in Bintulu and their spiritual needs so that together we will be able to form a parish youth group.  All youths aged 13-40 years old are encouraged to take part in this survey.  You can fill in the survey using google form or send us the snapshot of the answered survey questions to the parish number 0162248126.  This survey will end on 31 October 2021.

  • OCTOBER, MONTH OF THE ROSARY

We will be praying the Rosary via zoom in English at 8 pm every day during the month October.  All are invited to join and prayer together with Mother Mary.

  • BLESSING OF ANIMALS

We will have the blessing of animals on Monday, 4th October, feast of St. Francis of Assisi, patron saint of animals from 8.30 am until 4.30 pm.  Please contact the Parish Office at 0162248126 to book your time for the blessing.
