- MASS ATTENDANCE INCREASED TO 200 PERSONS
With effect from today, 28th November 2021 (1st Sunday of Advent), we will increase Mass attendance from 100 to 200 persons for all Masses (including Daily Mass) in St. Anthony’s Church and Stella Maris Church. However, parishioners would still need to book the Sunday Masses. Please refer to the Church notice board for the contact numbers for Sunday Mass booking. For Wedding and Funeral Mass, the maximum attendance is still 100 persons.
- QUESTIONNAIRES FOR THE SYNOD OF BISHOPS
Questionnaires are available in paper form at the entrance of the Church. Please submit your answered questionnaires in the synod collection box (located at the entrance of the Church) or to the Parish Office before 1st January 2022. For more information, please refer to the Church notice board.
- SOLEMNITY OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY MASS
Date: 8th December 2021 (Wednesday)
Time: 7.00 am and 7.00 pm in St. Anthony’s Church
7.00 pm in Stella Maris Church
As usual on Wednesday night, there will be Holy Hour after the masses St. Anthony and Stella Maris Church.
- CONFESSIONS DURING ADVENT
Priests will be available for confessions in the confessional, 30 minutes before every Sunday Mass. On weekdays, priests will be available for confessions in the confessional at 6 pm or 30 minutes before the 6.30 pm daily Mass at St. Anthony’s Church. Parishioners can also go to the Parish Office during normal office hours for confessions.
- NOMINATION AND ELECTION TO THE PARISH COUNCIL (2022-2024)
Please return the nomination form by putting it in the nomination box at the entrance of the Church today, 5th December 2021 or send a snapshot of this form to the parish number, 0162248126. 20 shortlisted candidates will be put on the election ballot and parishioners 18 years old and above are invited to choose 12 candidates. Election will be done on Sunday, 19th December 2021 before Mass during registration.
- SING YOUR PRAISE TO GOD CATHOLIC HYMNAL
The newly revised English hymnal is available for purchase at RM25 at the parish bookshop or at the entrance of the Church today. Please get a personal copy as we will be using this official English language hymnal from now onwards.
