As we have started reopening the churches in our parish, it is important to always observe the SOP of the new norm:
- Mandatory use of face mask
- Frequent hand cleansing with either soap and water or hand sanitisers
- Maintain at least 1 meter of physical distancing at all times.
How do we maintain physical distancing during Mass?
- Please sit according to your assigned seat number. Use only the centre aisle to go to your seats. This is to avoid any crossing over.
- When you need to go out from your seat, kindly ask the person seated next to you to get up so that you can go out. Do not cross over the person as this is no longer physical distancing.
- During communion, parishioners who are not receiving communion are required to join the communion line so as to maintain proper physical distancing at all times.
- After the priest bows to the altar, the wardens will usher parishioners seated at the last row to start exiting the church. Parishioners are encouraged not to do any personal prayer during this time as it will delay the exiting process. We ask for every parishioners’ cooperation and patience to wait for your turn to exit the church in order to maintain physical distancing at all times.
- COMBINED REQUIEM MASS
